– 1:42pm – purchase and consume entire bottle of white wine in hot afternoon sun

Ad Rock DJs benefit set for Pussy Riot
In his first public performance since the death of Adam MCA Yauch, Adam ‘Ad Rock’ Horovitz played a DJ set last night in Brooklyn at Death By Audio – a fundraiser for Russian Punk band Pussy Riot. This is certainly not the biggest Russian protest that happened yesterday, but watch more more music support for the 3 members of Pussy Riot who are currently in the Russian legal system facing 7 years in prison for Hooliganism. Crazy.

Hologramapalooza?
Because it’s another opportunity to make a buck, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison hologram shows are in the works (among others). After it was successfully done using Tupac’s image at Coachella this year, every-dead-artist-ever’s estate is planning a hologram concert next year.

New Music from Azealia Banks:
After blasting onto the scene (side note – we have no idea what ‘the scene’ is…) in 2011 with one of our favourite tracks of the year, Azealia Banks has been steadily releasing new tunes on her Soundcloud account through the first half 2012. She just released a new one – called “Aquababe” which is to be released on a mix tape called Fantasea on July 4th.
