Google Canyon View: Google Street View Coming to the Grand Canyon

Google Street View is going to map out every inch of the Earth – I’m convinced of it. After going to the Great Barrier Reef, the Amazon, the Swiss Alps, and more, those lovable mappers at Google Street View have announced they are going to the map out the Grand Canyon.

They aren’t taking some kind of car or All-terrain Mars Rover-esque robot to take the pictures. The humans get this one, as shown by the trendy backpack in the above picture. The pictures should be online soon – I’m sure we’ll post them when they are.
