Watch! Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds – Everybody’s On the Run

A really great album came out last year called Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds by the band of the same name. It’s the first solo album from former Oasis member Noel Gallagher. Around the same time last fall I was lucky enough to see one of Noel’s shows at Massey Hall in Toronto. Noel and the band killed it, sounding awesome as they played their way through new songs and Oasis hits.

Now, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds have released a video for the 5th single off the album (told you it was a good one), Everybody’s On the Run. It stars actress Mischa Barton (remember her from The O.C.? and nothing else) and she spends most of the video running around in her underwear. In the end, we are reminded of the idea of serendipity, or ‘happy accidents’ as you will see. Noel appears as a cabdriver in this video. He has been a boxing referee, a pastor, a cafe patron, and a voyeur in videos for previous singles off the album.
