Hipster Cop Doesn’t Like Loud Music, Tries to Turn Down May Day / Occupy Wall Street Music Volumes
Do you guys remember Hipster Cop, the meme making the rounds last fall? He wears a tie, sweater, and glasses, which apparently makes him a hipster – and somehow landed the New York City cop a GQ interview. He clearly needs to have a beard, and some kind of European hand bag. And he also needs to like obscure music. Well, he definitely didn’t like the volume at the May Day / Occupy Wall Street soundcheck for JD Samson & MEN’s show a couple of days ago. Kudos to the guy with the George Constanza-esque “That’s gotta hurt!” comedic timing in his witty shout out at the end of the video. Hipster Cop might like his skinny ties, but he definitely doesn’t know the meaning of “a minute”.
