BOOTS has some more stuff, showing off his range. He’s previously dropped Howl, and is known as the man behind the scenes for the ‘surprise’ Beyonce album.
The new track is called My Heart is a Stone, which means Lykke Li should love him, right? The song is more melodic than Howl and shows another direction for BOOTS. Listen to it below.

Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodríguez-López of The Mars Volta have teamed with Red Hot Chili Peppers bassis Flea to form a new musical project called Antemasque. Check out a video of some of them mucking about in the studio.

Nirvana is being inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame tomorrow. Bands typically play some songs as part of the induction, but Nirvana have the problem of a dead lead singer (Kurt Cobain for the uninformed). Resident weirdo Billy Corgan of Zwan Smashing Pumpkins fame has announced a double album of experimental music called AEGEA. They will be limited to 250 vinyl copies only, and will be on eBay shortly, I’m sure. (via Exclaim)
