Check Out Part of a Two Door Cinema Club Documentary
It’s exciting times for Northern Irish trio Two Door Cinema Club. They are streaming their new album, Beacon, ahead of it’s release next week. Singer Alex Trimble recently sung a well-received song at the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremonies. Even U.S. President Barack Obama is a fan of theirs, apparently buying most of their Washington D.C. tour tickets for his staff, and forcing the band to add a second show for other (read: real) fans (via Gigwise). PeteHatesMusic is even getting in on the action, with an exclusive contest that we will be announcing later this week, so stay tuned.
For now, you can feast your eyes on part one of the band’s new tour film, What We See (via Rolling Stone). This first part covers their festival appearances in Spain, Portugal, Germany, and Hungary.
“Our good friends at Babysweet followed us around for a few weeks so our fans could get an idea of what life is really like for us on the road,” said bassist Kevin Baird. “Take a peek inside our average day.”
Hit play below for a peek inside their average day. Spoiler alert: they get asked a LOT of stupid questions. Ah, the life of a musician. Seriously though, “Are you excited to be here at the festival?” NO – FUCK OFF!
