Check Out a Working iPad Typewriter, Which is Obviously Pointless

Do young kids who watch the 1960s advertising drama, Mad Men, wonder what those loud, computers without monitors are? Well, you can teach these young pups what a typewriter is, by stealing their iPad and putting it into the iTypewriter (via Gizmodo). This isn’t a real product, but that doesn’t mean it’s totally pointless. Actually, it sort of does, if you watch the great speed in which words are typed onto the iPad using the iTypewriter. What is that, 4 words a minute?! Where’s Mavis Beacon when you need her?
