Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Now With Autotune!

This might sound criminal and wrong, but the autotuning of the lovely (but dead) Mister Rogers was approved by PBS. John D. Boswell has a series of Symphony of Science music videos, one of which we posted previously about DNA and evolution. The latest video in the series features none other than Mister Rogers, thanks to PBS contacting Boswell to feature him (via Gizmodo).

Boswell is a huge Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood fan, and to be honest, didn’t we all love Fred Rogers? Apparently Mister Rogers (you’re not allowed to write Mr. Rogers) is the first in a series of PBS icons who are going to get the remix treatment. Um, I can’t wait? So autotune might be overdone, but Mister Rogers is back in the spotlight…sort of. Re-live your childhood memories (depending on your age) below.
