The xx Announce Intimate London Shows, PeteHatesMusic MUST Attend
The xx stunned a lot of people with their Mercury Award winning debut album, xx. The near-flawless album won fans worldwide and heck, Intro is still used as my ringtone. The band have been locked inside the studio, posting snippets of songs (but mainly inspirational tunes they are listening to), working on that ever-so-hard sophomore album. Well, good news – my rash is cleared up the London trio are emerging from the studio to play some live shows. The band are playing 3 intimate shows in London on May 14, 15, and 18, followed by a brief tour in many European countries (via Pitchfork).
The London shows are available by lottery submission only – I guess they know they’re pretty popular. Click here to check out the full details for the 3 London shows, and I wish you nothing but bad luck, as I really want to attend!
