Listen! The Jealous Sound – Your Eyes Were Shining

Sometimes, it takes a band a little while to put out a follow up album. With the Jealous Sound, that time frame is 9 years. After a successful 2003 release for Kill Them with Kindness, the Jealous Sound return with A Gentle Reminder, out on January 31. Lead singer Blair Shehan got back in touch with Pedro Benito, and the band used their friendship with Foo Fighters’ bassist Nate Mendel to open for them in 2009. They also recruited Nate to play on the album, and used the Foo Fighters’ Studio 606 to record the album. It looks like Nate is as nice as Dave Grohl is!
