New Video: Beastie Boys – Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win (featuring Santigold)

The Beastie Boys are known for a lot of things. Clever lyrics, good beats, and er, good hygiene? Okay that last one may or may not be true. But what they are really known for is their awesome music videos. The ground breaking Sabotage video is still a benchmark for many artists to aim for. The Sabotage video, as well as many other Beastie Boys videos, was directed by Spike Jonze, a music video guru himself. Spike also did the Undone (the Sweater Song) video by Weezer, Da Funk by Daft Punk, Weapon of Choice (featuring Christopher Walken!!) by Fatboy Slim and the list goes on.

Spike Jonze latest effort is from the Beastie Boys latest album, Hot Sauce Committee: Pt 2, and is the song Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win (featuring Santigold). The video features action figures of the Beastie Boys! And some assassins! Ch-ch-ch-Check it out (Beastie Boys reference!).
