Morning Music Notes – Free Albums and No Shows Equals No Money?
I’m a casual hip hop fan these days, but when I get into an artist or group, I am addicted to their mix of flow and beats. The teaming of Killer Mike and El-P in Run the Jewels is a near perfect mix of these things. After 36″ Chain and Get It, the band are back – with Outkast’s Big Boi – for a new video for Banana Clipper.
The guys drive a bunch of cars and spit out a bunch of verses, as one does. Check out the latest video, courtesy of Complex.

In a surprise to absolutely no one, Eminem debuted at the top of the Billboard charts with his Marshall Mathers LP2, selling a massive 792,000 copies of the album.
