Watch “Start Anew?” – A Film About Liam Gallagher and Beady Eye (by Noisey)

Beady Eye just released their second album, BE. It kicked off with excellent lead singles, Flick of the Finger and Second Bite of the Apple, and was produced by TV on the Radio’s Dave Sitek. If you don’t have the album, stay tuned next week for our upcoming contest, in which we will be giving away a copy of the album. Beady Eye are also rumoured to be playing a (not so) secret set at Glastonbury tomorrow morning.

The album continues with a very cool documentary by the folks at Noisey. It follows Liam Gallagher and the other ex-Oasis members (minus Noel Gallagher, of course) in the lead up to the album release. He tackles the Oasis thing head on, what he likes about Beady Eye, and how he had never heard anything Dave Sitek had previously produced. Meanwhile Dave Sitek says he hates Oasis and planned on turning down Beady Eye. Great stuff and a must watch for Oasis / Beady Eye fans.
