Listen! Winter Aid – The Wisp Sings

We have some melodic folk rock out of Dublin, Ireland for you. The act is Winter Aid, and they recorded a 3 song EP called The Wisp Sings, which came out on November 11. It’s perfect listening for the bloody cold day that Toronto is experiencing.

The track The Wisp Sings features catchy backing coos, with simple and comforting rhythms that remind me of being in a snowy cottage. Maybe because I read the word ‘winter’ in their band name, but it draws me mentally to such a place. Make your ears happy and check out the track below.
