Morning Music Notes – No Way for Christopher Wallace Way

The Growlers return with the awesomely named album No. Psych!. The band also have a track for us to hear called Dogheart II.

The track has the usual 60s and 70s throwback sound that The Growlers do so well. Dogheart II also has a hell of an infectious lead guitar line. Check out the latest from The Growlers below.

Notorious B.I.G. (aka Biggie aka Christopher Wallace) won’t be having a Brooklyn street named after him any time soon. The local community board questioned his lyrics and illicit lifestyle. But it’s okay for former drug dealer Jay-Z to bring an arena to Brooklyn and hang with the President of the United States. (via Exclaim)

How much traffic on YouTube would you guess is mobile? Being the old man that I am, I’m still a computer YouTube viewer. Apparently though, 40% of YouTube videos are viewed on a mobile phone or tablet. This is up from 25% in 2012 and 6% in 2011. (via Tech Crunch)
