Morning Music Notes – And I Don’t Wanna Miss a Gangnam Style
Recently signed to Sub Pop, UK band Thumpers have a video for new single Sound of Screams (which is the sound my dates often end in). The band are currently touring with PHM favourites CHVRCHES, and you can download a cover of a CHVRCHES song if you’re within 50 miles of one of the shows. Otherwise, you remote, small town fans are fucked over once again.
Sound of Screams is out October 28 – but Pete, how does it sound? Well, click the play button below to find out, or I can tell you it features layered vocals (like previous song Unkinder (A Tougher Love)) and some nice bits of percussion. So yeah, click the play button.

One last piece of news, and once again, it’s another Arcade Fire teaser trailer. This clip is called The Other Side. Reflektor is out on October 29, and the band will appear on the Colbert report on Monday. (via Exclaim)
