Watch! China Rats – N.O.M.O.N.E.Y.

They already have a video for this track, which we showed off to you last year. But newfound popularity and I guess a budget to go with it means shiny video number 2. The band are Leeds outfit China Rats, and we’re pretty big on their guitar driven, old school rock n roll pop blend. We even interviewed the lads last year.

This version of the song is a little more polished with a punky edge, losing some of the rawness from the original that I enjoyed. That being said, it’s still a catchy, upbeat rock track. The video is pretty cool, too. Think The White Stripes Fell in Love with a Girl, but with spare change instead of Lego. Get to know China Rats below.
