Watch! Bloc Party – Ratchet

Bloc Party just hit up Toronto a few weeks ago to help out with the Arts & Crafts Field Trip Festival. What they didn’t reveal then was that they LOVE PeteHatesMusic have a little surprise up their sleeve in the form of a new EP. The 5 track effort is called The Nextwave Sessions EP, and is out August 12/13 (UK/NA)

The band also have a video for the lead track Ratchet. The track features a dance rock beat that Bloc Party did so well on Silent Alarm. It also features some interesting and at times turbo vocals from singer Kele Okereke. Give it a viewing down below.
