Listen! Atoms for Peace – Magic Beanz

Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich should DJ more often. It seems that every time they do, they slip in a new / unreleased Atoms for Peace track. The latest appearance was on the French radio show, Nova Club. The band dropped a track called Magic Beanz. The YouTube video shows that it is Beans with an “s” but Thom Yorke noted “the Z is v important.” Poor, neglected z.

The track is more skittery and electronic than most of the album, Amok, with lots of layers and basically lots going on. But it still manages to contain some kind of structure, with great vocals from Thom Yorke. Check out Magic Beanz, and your guess is as good as mine as to where it lands – B-side?
