Listen! Rachel Zeffira – The Deserters

We have a nice piano-laden track by Rachel Zeffira. The track is called Deserters, which is great because I love cupcakes. Oh, that’s desserters (which is not even a word, it’s just the club my fat neighbour belongs to). The track is lifted from Rachel’s debut album of the same name, which is out on March 12 in North America (and already out in some parts of this planet).

The gentle ballad showcases Rachel’s vocal range (she’s a Canadian opera soprano singer by the way) and the all around beauty of her voice. Yes, I’m going to cry, and yes, I’m being sarcastic – men don’t cry. That being said, check out the song below, and keep your eyes out for the album.
