Friday Afternoon Funnies: Killer Karaoke is NOT for Me

Jerry Seinfeld once noted that more people are afraid of giving a speech than dying. That means if you’re at a funeral, you’d rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy. A lot of people are afraid of singing, yet they still get drunk and do karaoke. There’s a new TV show debuting tonight called Killer Karaoke and the show takes advantage of those and other fears.

What if you had to sing a song for an audience? Sure, it’s a little scary, but it’s all been done before. Now what if Jackass star Steve-O hosted the show, and while you were singing, you had to stick your hand or head into a box that contained things like fucking SNAKES and still sing the song? Well, that’s just bloody cruel – but it makes for good entertainment! Although after watching this video, I imagine this would get old fast.
