Watch! Yeasayer – Longevity

Yeasayer made you do an Internet scavenger hunt to stream their new album, but not after making Longevity up for an early stream of its own. We now get a proper video for Longevity and not some psychedelic trip of bright colours.

The song has a nice slow groove, with some Eastern sounding strings at parts. The band doesn’t do so well in the video though, as they age incredibly during the 3 minute song. I’ve had dates where I wanted this to happen to the woman across the table, let me tell you. I guess making music videos can really suck the life out of you. Give Longevity a viewing below, and hope you suffer a better fate watching it than they did filming it.
