Check Out the Line Up for the Awesomely Named StePhest Colbchella 2012 – RocktAugustFest

Only from the mind of Stephen Colbert would we get not only this ridiculously named festival, but also him going through with it. What we get is StePhest Colbchella 2012 – RocktAugustfest (via Consequence of Sound). You might have read that Coachella have announced a new festival on a cruise ship. Stephen Colbert is not one to be outdone, so his festival is on a boat – the former World World II aircraft carrier U.S. Intrepid. Note to self: leave Nazi paraphernalia at home. That’s generally a good note in life.

The festival will take place in August (hence the name, duh!), on Friday, August 10. The line up will feature Grizzly Bear, Santigold, The Flaming Lips, and Grandmaster Flash, who gets the title of Official Aircraft Carrier DJ. Yes, I am jealous.
