Dimensions: A New App Game That Puts Nearby Sounds into the Game

RjDj made a mobile app for the (awesome) movie Inception. Director Christopher Nolan was part of the project, which reached 4 million downloads (via Tech Crunch). The app takes the sounds around you, and makes music based on these sounds. The idea is to simulate the experience when you are listening to music when you fall asleep, and the music enters your dreams, and is distorted (much like my dreams). The app had the equivalent of 94 years worth of listening time from users, with the average time at 30 minutes – I guess it was a success.

Based on this idea, RjDj has made a mobile app called Dimensions. However, this is a game, in which the sounds around enter you into some kind of enhanced reality game. Check out a video of it below, and prepare for some kind of trippy gaming experience. Details are sketchy, but the potential is definitely there.
