Morning Music Notes – Beer Air Hockey is the Best Game Ever
We’ve been prepping you for awhile, with tracks like Waste of Time, XXX 88, and Never Wanna Know, but one of the acts to watch out for in 2014 is Denmark’s MØ. BBC Radio’s Zane Lowe picked her new track, Don’t Wanna Dance, as his ‘Hottest Record in the World’ last night.
After not even one full listen, you’ll fall for the instantly catchy and danceable track. Make your ears happy and check out the song below, and stay tuned for our forthcoming interview with MØ.

The Oscar nominations are out! After watching Superbad, did anyone ever think you’d hear the phrase “two time Oscar nominee, Jonah Hill”?! In terms of music, we got Best Original Song nominees for U2, Karen O (from Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Pharrell, Joni Eareckson Tada, and Idina Menzel. Since academies and judges like U2, bank on them taking it home.
Of course this happened – an anonymous group has started the Church of Yeezus, in recognition of Kanye West and his latest album. Preach! Wait until Kanye West sues you – then where will your God be? (via MTV)
