A quick note on SOPA/PIPA

You have no-doubt heard that this week’s SOPA protests postponed the bill. Score one for reason!

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith then said his panel would not consider the Stop Online Piracy Act (Sopa) until a compromise was reached.

Before this week, the majority (us included) did not know about SOPA, PIPA, or any other acronyms that might threaten our ability to do what we love – share music with you. Ignorance is bliss, but knowledge is power.
