Listen! Skint & Demoralised – When Saturday Comes

As far as depressing band names come, Skint & Demoralised is pretty much at the top. For those North Americans unfamiliar with the term “skint”, it basically means poor (which likely applies to both you and me). To help out the skint among us, the Wakefield, England band have the Radiohead-esque Pay What You Can model for their latest song, When Saturday Comes. And wouldn’t you know it, it’s a football (that’s soccer, North Americans) related song.

With the season having just kicked off this past Saturday, what better time for an upbeat, catchy rock song. Check out their track from their upcoming third album.
