Make Your Ears Happy! May 16, 2017 Edition

As I put away my rubber rain boots and pull out my summer dresses, I’m reminded that I am a man who doesn’t wear dresses, and that I should also probably make a new playlist.

We see the return of some heavyweight indie bands on this list – The National, Grizzly Bear, Fleet Foxes, Broken Social Scene, and Mogwai are all bands that would have a larger font on festival posters (and in my diary). We also throw in a great new song by Minotaurs (featuring Sarah Harmer). Make your ears happy, and your eyes happy by not looking at me in a skirt.
