Listen! Dave Monks – Gasoline

Hope you Canadians enjoyed your Victoria Day long weekend. Everyone else – hope you enjoyed working on Monday. We welcome you back with a new tune from Tokyo Police Club front man, Dave Monks. He has a side project solo EP, called All Signs Point to Yes, which is excellent news when debating if you should eat that cake in your fridge.

The first track is Gasoline, in case the giant artwork above didn’t clue you in. The acoustic song is a real straightforward and mellow tune that shows off Monks’ vocals. The EP is out on Dine Alone Records on June 16, and a short little tour follows (Canadian dates: Toronto on June 25, Hamilton June 26, Ottawa June 27).
