Tuesday Trivia – Week 53

This is Week 53 of the PeteHatesMusic Tuesday Trivia, which means we made it past the one year mark (which is more than I can say for my goldfish). Come play along and see what all of excitement is all about.

Our first album was released in 2004 to critical acclaim, and we followed that up with two more albums. Our fourth album is going to (hopefully) be released later this year.

Our lead singer and his brother are big basketball fans, and try to play while touring. They’ve also participated in charity basketball matches.

Our lead singer, Win Butler is married to another bandmate, Régine Chassagne, who sings on several of our songs. Régine’s parents are of Haitian origin, which is part of the reason why the band have participated in fundraising in Haiti, and also have a track called Haiti.
