This is Week 52 of the PeteHatesMusic Tuesday Trivia, and age has not made this puppy any better. We like wine, but we’re not like wine.

Clue Number 1 (Correct answer worth 6 points)

We are from the village of Cwmaman, in Wales in the UK.

Our first album was released in 1997, and that has been followed by six more albums. We will be releasing a new record this year. Five of our seven albums have been number 1 in the UK charts, with our most recent album not even cracking the top 10.

The band are big fans of Canadian band The Tragically Hip, and have admittedly passed off cover songs as originals in the UK. The bands have played together in Canada.

Manchester United star Wayne Rooney is a big fan of theirs, and even has a tattoo with their album name ‘Just Enough Education to Perform’ on his forearm. The band played at his wedding, too.
