Make Your Ears Happy! July 21, 2017 Edition

It’s been awhile, and I’m not quoting the ‘great’ 90s band Staind. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and since we haven’t given you a playlist of late, you get a monster playlist. This playlist, of course, has indie bands big and small, bands returning with sophomore records, or trying to make a comeback.

We have testosterone-driven bands, such as Nine Inch Nails, and Oasis’ Liam Gallagher stepping out. We also have indie female artists such as the oft-featured Stacey, as well as HAIM. HAIM received critical acclaim for Days are Gone, and Something to Tell You should be one of the bigger female group releases this year.

Radiohead have pulled some good tunes from the vault, and made a cool video for Man of War. Oasis have also pulled a lyric video for their fab B-side Talk Tonight. Given the features of Radiohead, Oasis, and NIN, Staind might not be too far behind after all. Hit play, and make your ears happy.
