Listen! God is An Astronaut – Helios Erebus

Irish rock instrumentalists, God Is An Astronaut, return with a new album and a new song for us to lose our thoughts in. Both the song and album are called Helios Erebus, which just rolls off the tongue.

New track Helios Erebus is an out and out rock track, that seemingly crescendos and builds right from the start, for minutes on end. It all fades away and they do it again. While not necessarily exploring new ground, the track does what I want in a God is An Astronaut track, and it’ll get a few spins from me today.
