Watch! Damon Albarn – Lonely Press Play

Damon Albarn, he of no fixed address (actually, I’m sure that’s a lie), has a brand new video for a brand new track from his brand new album. It’s all new! The man has reinvented himself in bands such as Blur, Gorillaz, and the Good, the Bad, and the Queen. Now that he goes it alone, how will it sound?

Thankfully this isn’t a hypothetical question, as you can watch the video below. The track is called Lonely Press Play, which is what I did. What I heard after that was a gentle song, with some strings, and slow, grinding beat, and some horns. So yeah – check it out.
