Watch! Arcade Fire – Afterlife

Arcade Fire launched Reflektor tour dates with the caveat that there’s a formal or costume dress code. Everyone (unfairly) lost their shit, to the point where the band casually noted that it won’t be enforced. To celebrate (or to keep the headlines positive), the band have launched a video for their track Afterlife.

The video is written and directed by Emily Kai Bock, who did the brilliant Oblivion video for Grimes (which was shortlisted for a Prism Prize, of which I am on the jury). Watch it all unfold below – costumes not required.
