Skrillex + The Doors: Breakin’ A Sweat (It’s Alright)

One of the more odd collaborations (yes, even more weird than Mick Jagger, Damian Marley, and Joss Stone’s new group, SuperHeavy) was the announcement of eletronic wizard Skrillex teaming with members of the Doors (minus, um, Jim Morrison). The teaming up is part of some crazy drug experiment the Re:generation Music Project, which takes DJs out of their element and lets them try on some different musical genres. The project includes DJ Premier, Mark Ronson, Skrillex, Pretty Lights and The Crystal Method.

Listen to the Doors and Skrillex doing Breakn’ a Sweat. It definitely sounds more like Skrillex than the Doors, but I suppose this is a DJ music project.
