Celebrating Steve Jobs’ Life in Video
As you likely know, Steve Jobs died a couple of weeks ago. If you’re first learning about this news now, you’re likely not reading this post on your iPhone, whatever that is.
Apple closed all of its retail stores last Wednesday, and held a celebration of Steve Jobs’ life at Apple headquarters. Apple has released the 70 minute video, and you can view it here on their website. Highlights include speeches from CEO Tim Cook, design personel Jonathan Ive, and members of the Apple board, plus music performances from Coldplay and Norah Jones.
In other Steve Jobs news, his biography is out now. It was written by the same biographer, Walter Isaacson, who wrote about Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin, whoever they are. Details have been making headlines of late, in part due to Isaacson’s appearance on 60 Minutes last night. In case you missed it, check out the clips of 60 Minutes down below.
