Video: I Just Texted to Say I Love You

It seems like Weird Al Yankovic has competition in the spoof world. Take Stevie Wonder’s classic song, I Just Called To Say I Love You, and mix it with modern day technology and lingo, and what do you get? A song complete with lyrics about tweets, hashtags, facebook, skype, and even Groupon and Yelp. The song is sung by past American Idol (what’s that?) contestant Elliott Yamin, and also stars Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland, as well as High School Musical 3 actor Matt Prokop – I had to look that up, I definitely did not look at the back of the High School Musical 3 DVD on my shelf.
