Listen to Duke University’s All-Girl A Cappella Group Cover Lana Del Ray’s Born to Die
Yes, Lana Del Rey is everyone’s favourite subject to cover or remix. Apparently people got sick of Nickelback – actually, NO ONE covered them. What I don’t think we’ve heard yet is a stripped down, a cappella version of Lana Del Rey’s songs, just suped up remixes or acoustic covers. That is, until now. Duke University’s all-girl a cappella group decided to tackle Lana’s Born to Die song, with pretty good results. It includes girls beat boxing, singing like angels, layered harmonies, and general greatness.
