Watch! Interpol – Anywhere (Live in Brixton)

I know Pete was a fan of Interpol, I can’t remember what he thinks of them now. He’ll get a chance to form an opinion of this new track called Anywhere (via Pitchfork).

They could have shot this live video…anywhere (faint clapping) but chose London England’s Brixton Academy. The band has a new album, El Pintor, due out September 9th. It was funny, watching this video I remembered I actually have seen Interpol live, opening for the Cure I think? I had totally forgotten. Interpol played the big main stage and Muse was on the tiny little 2nd side stage (and kicked ass!).
