Watch! Kalle Mattson – Darkness

We have a great, transforming track from Ottawa’s Kalle Mattson. The video below is Darkness, which is what my heart is filled with (* sad face). Amazingly, this stunning track is the B-side for the just-released single An American Dream/ Darkness.

There’s so much that I like about this song. The vocals during the verses first drew me in. Then the addition of that catchy horn line hooked me. This is all complimented by a subtle but important drum part. Mattson kicks off a Canadian tour tomorrow, ending things at the Dakota Tavern in Toronto on November 13.
