Listen! Aquilo – Better Off Without You

Better off without you is a phrase I have heard way too often. Thankfully it’s usually a tapeworm saying it to me as it leaves my body. The phrase is also the name of the latest good tune from Aquilo. The band recently landed at number 2 on the PeteHatesMusic Songs of 2014, with their cracker I Gave It All.

Like my tapework The UK duo return with Better Off Without You, another melodic gem. The track has another laid back feel, with great vocals front and center. The song is off of the June 1 EP release, Calling Me. Give it a listen below.
