Listen! Villagers – Hot Scary Summer

Villagers, not the small minded yokels that I grew up with but the band, have a new song for us. That means more lovely folk-esque acoustic stuff from Conor O’Brien.

Following up on Courage is new track Hot Scary Summer, which sounds like some trashy B-movie that I kind of what to see, but instead is a melodic song, that has a simple acoustic rhythm, some nice vocals, and some subtle percussion to round out the song (and this run on sentence).
