Nirvana is being inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame tomorrow. Bands typically play some songs as part of the induction, but Nirvana have the problem of a dead lead singer (Kurt Cobain for the uninformed). An Instagram picture from the Foo Fighters has hinted that Melody Maker from Joan Jett might be one of the singers. Could be interesting. (via Stereogum)

Resident weirdo Billy Corgan of Zwan Smashing Pumpkins fame has announced a double album of experimental music called AEGEA. They will be limited to 250 vinyl copies only, and will be on eBay shortly, I’m sure. (via Exclaim)
