Listen! Western Front – Town to Town

Some mellow, acoustic music for you. The track is by Western Front, which sounds more like a weather forecast than a band. Western Front is led by Brisbane, Australia artist Graham Akhurst. Amazingly, the track was written from a Brisbane hospital bed while he was being treated for cancer. And here I’m blogging from a nice computer while sipping a tea – sometimes we forget how lucky we have it.

The straightforward track, called Town to Town, is complimented by a backing yet subtle female vocalist. It’s out on February 17, and you can give it a listen below.
