Watch! Chris Velan – The Long Goodbye

We have something new from the vocally-pleasing singer Chris Velan. His fifth album, The Long Goodbye, was out earlier this summer. We featured him walking endlessly in his video for Hang On Tightly. I suppose the pain from the walking made Velan decide to give his feet a rest, and pick up a canoe.

We have a melodic and simple, but lyrically poignant gentle pop track in title track off of The Long Goodbye. Velan says he’s the master of the long goodbye, but I’m pretty sure Michael Cera has him beat. Check out some great vocals in the canoe-smashing video for The Long Goodbye.
