Watch! Mumford & Sons – Hopeless Wanderer

I made the choice to skip the headlining slot by Mumford & Sons at Osheaga to see Hot Chip instead. I don’t regret this decision, as Hot Chip absolutely destroyed the side stage. However, I won’t skip out on posting the new video from Mumford & Sons, as it just happens to be my favourite tune off of last year’s chart topping album, Babel. The track is called Hopeless Wanderer.

The band recruited a whack of comedians, which is what more music videos need in them. We get Jason Bateman from Arrested Development, Jason Sudeikis from 30 Rock, Will Forte from Saturday Night Live, and Ed Helms. We get lots of beard mockery (or is it envy?) and even some guy on guy love (which is suitable for work, in less you work at the Westboro Baptist Church). It’s good to see Mumford & Sons make fun of themselves, since everyone else is already doing it. Check out the driving folk rock song, Hopeless Wanderer below, and continue growing that beard.
