Listen! Eluvium – Happiness (featuring Ira Kaplan of Yo La Tango)

We have been getting trickles of what is sure to be a cracker of an album (make that a DOUBLE album) from ambient instrumental artist, Eluvium. He is releasing a double album called Nightmare Ending, and has given us the excellent tracks, Don’t Get Closer, Envenom Mettle, and Entendre. We now get Happiness featuring Ira Kaplan of Yo La Tango.

The first thing that jumps out is there is SINGING and WORDS on an Eluvium track, although not too much to disrupt his usual instrumental-only songs. The gentle eight minute track has several layers of repeating parts that build throughout the track. Check it out below.
