Watch! How to destroy angels_ – Ice Age

Oh Trent Reznor and your lower case letters and underscores. I’m surprised he and bandmate (and wife) Mariqueen Maandig didn’t name their baby bob_* or something. What I’m trying and failing to say is that How to destroy angels_ have a new video for Ice Age, from their new EP An omen_ (which you can stream here).

The video is directed by John Hillcoat, who directed the movie The Road and other music videos. This video should be called The Window, as it’s what Mariqueen spends the entire video looking out. I guess she won’t need to ask Siri what the weather is like outside. Trent, Atticus Ross and Rob Sheridan make the music we hear in the background. Check out Ice Age, which has a somewhat eerie, repetitive line throughout most of it.
