Watch! Daniel Pearson – Factory Floor

A few months ago, we wrote about a UK singer-songwriter called Daniel Pearson, and featured his song Waves in the Sea. His debut album, Satellites, is now out in Canada, and there’s a political new video for the song Factory Floor, which is off of forthcoming second album Mercury State. While I sip beers from the beer keyboard all day, Daniel does something productive. DON’T JUDGE ME.

The song is a nicely layered, guitar picking tune, once again highlighted by Daniel’s gentle voice. The video is filled with political images both past and present, with a nod to the Occupy movement, and statements set against black and white factory images. No factory floors are shown though – I’m confused! This is why I’m a sarcastic music blogger and not a politic speaking man (whatever they are called). Check out the song below – no release date news on the album just yet.
